Not for me
I really like the overall flavour, though it is sweeter than other brands of seafood sauce, but unfortunately its the pink peppercorns that just do not go, they are too overpowering when im unlucky enough to bite down on one, as well as just being hard, I dont think they belong. .
Awful
Sort of spicy, very sour. Not like every other seafood sauce I've tried. I had to throw away the prawn sandwich I made, swiftly followed by the jar of sauce.
Unpleasant flavour and texture
I bought this sauce to go with some prawns as the branch I went to didn't have the prawns with the fresh Marie Rose sauce, which we like. It was a huge disappointment though and nothing like the fresh Marie Rose sauce. The flavour was not very nice and the sauce had a rather glutenous texture, which was also rather unpleasant. We would have been much better off mixing a bit of ketchup and some mayonnaise, or just having plain mayonnaise with the prawns.

I often buy own brand seafood sauce. £3+ on it feels pricey. But. This own brand seafood sauce doesn’t work. It is incredibly sharp. Switching to Mayo and ketchup for the future.
Love the texture too sweet
For us the sugar was a little too much which is a real shame because the texture of this sauce is spot on. A twist of lemon solves the sweetness problem so still worth 4 stars. If you like a sweet prawn cocktail sauce you'll probably love this.
