M&S Seeded Tortilla Wraps

Made with linseed, poppy seeds and quinoa, these wraps are a natural source of Vitamin D and fibre. Serve with your favourite filling. Serve warm or cold. Microwave, oven-bake or pan-fry to serve warm. Eight per pack.

All of our breads are a natural source of Vitamin D and Fibre, two nutrients that are naturally low in our diets. We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find ‘yeast’ on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Storage

For Best Before, see front of pack. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Instructions

Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Ambient. Serve warm or cold. Remove all packaging.
Separate the wraps from each other.
To serve warm - place on a microwaveable plate.
For 1 tortilla -
750W 8 secs
900W 6 secs
For 8 tortillas -
750W 30 secs
900W 20 secs; Oven cook - From Ambient. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 8 mins
Preheat oven.
Wrap tortillas in foil and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf.

Great until now

I've bought these several times and had been really pleased with them. They made a great wrap, easily seperated and froze and de-thawed well. They tasted yummy and had a good amount of fiber. However on my last order when I went to seperate them, they were stuck to one another in the middle. It seemed there had either been a dampness there or perhaps they were put tpgether when they were too hot. Each one that I tried to seperate tore at the middle. I was left with just the edges to work with whilst the rest stayed in a glob in the middle. I would have liked to have used the edges for something but I was afraid they might have been tainted by whatever had caused the middle to go so oddly wrong. This was the only time that I have ever had an issue so hopefully it was a one off.

please could someone recommend a wrap that isnt full of chemicals, e numbers also known as EPFs.

Good

Good wraps, seeded which is nice and at a decent price, just wish they were a bit smaller, these are bigger than the standard size and I end up trimming them.

These wraps are great! So much tastier than plain!

These are great! I love the plain M&S tortillas and think they are tastier and last longer than the plain Tesco ones, but love these seeded ones even more. You cant really taste the seeds but they give a good texture and for the extra nutritional value, are worth the extra 25p. I love these so much! Great quality so tget have been a repeat purchase
