Preparation and Usage
Correct carving is important. Use a sharp knife and a two-pronged fork with thumb guard.
1. Place the cooked joint on a carving board and pierce the joint firmly with the carving fork.
2. Carve the joint thinly from one end to the other.

Needs cooking
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve film by running a sharp knife around rim of foil. Place directly on oven shelf.
Baste occasionally. Allow to stand for 10 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.

Poor value for money
I struggle to believe that this joint weighed 450gms. How much water (like we experienced years ago with chicken) does a piece of what was quality meat, need injecting? it shank to nothing & barely enough for two. Would not recommend.
chewy & tasteless
Really disappointing chewy and tasteless even though cooked to exact instructions
Tasteless
Too much fat has been removed sadly which is why its tasteless! I thought we all knew that its the fat that adds flavour surprised and disappointed! Plenty of meat for 2 adults, but I wont be buying this again.
tough and fatty
Cooked as per instructions and was very disappointed. Virtually inedible due to the gristle and fat. Wont buy again
extortionate
Bought on flash sale. Forgetting it was M and S expected it to be enough two adults and 2 children 4. It wont. This is meat at organic prices, thats not organic, and worse still has had water added to it. Not sure what benefit maltodextrin brings to the table either. Yum
Tasteless
no basting liquid in the container and virtually no fat on the lamb. Meat was tasteless and poor value for money, so I won't be buying this again
