Instructions
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 25 mins
Preheat grill to Medium. Place sausages on rack. Turn occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 15 mins
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a Medium heat. Turn occasionally.

Awful
Not sure what has happened to the quality of these sausages, but the skins were like plastic casings. I cooked as normal and we both found the sausage hard to chew, or even stick a fork into. We then had to remove the skin before eating and there was such a pile, I weighed the waste..60g out of a 400g pack is not on. Unfortunately I took advantage of the 3 for £12 offer, and froze the others. Not a good deal in any respect. Would not buy again.
quite unpleasant
I normally love M&S sausages but these were unseasoned and slimy , they tasted on the turn with 3 days left on date . Also a long cook as they are very chunky which could be a good thing but certainly wasnt .

Absolutely vile, they seem to be of a rubber consistency like a Good-year Tyre, couldn't get past the smell or rubber so the whole family had mash and gravy for dinner and the bin had the "sausages" even the rodents wouldn't eat them
Tough casing let these sausages down!
The meat content is good in these sausages but the casing lets them down massively. If you just want sausage meat then they would be fine but then probably not worth the price.
Scotch Eggs
I use these sausages to make scotch eggs and they are delicious. Lovely light meal with salad and a dash of salad cream! I find them more tasty than sausagmeat packs,very easy to de-skin. Also use them to make sausage rolls.I recommend them to you.
