For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 24-25 mins
Remove all packaging. Heat a non-stick frying pan to a high heat. Break up the mince over the entire surface of the pan. Cook for 4-5 mins until golden brown and loose. Drain off excess fat. Add a sauce or stock and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally until cooked through.
Do not reheat.
