For Use By, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Handling Raw meat safely
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Taking 2 long pieces of foil, lay one horizontally across the roasting tray and the other vertically. Place the joint in the middle of the tray. Allow enough foil to fold up together creating a tent over the joint. Place the roasting tin in the middle of preheated oven.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1hour 15min
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
The product is best carved after resting for 10 min.
Do not reheat.
