More gristle than pork loin.
Edit I have now bought 3 of these joints. The first and last have been awful, they are not pork loin, with dark red gristly meat and virtually no lean. I had one in March that was a beautiful piece of pork loin. The other 2 in February and April were appalling. What a waste of money. Feb. 24 - This was the blade end of the pork loin, with dark fatty, chewy meat, most of which went to the dog. It is usually very lean and excellent.
really nice
cooked sous vide - it was lovely and tender
Delicious, lean meat
Great hot or cold. Very lean meat. Good ptice. I will buy it again.
Exceptionally good
My favourite, it tastes amazing but it is quite small
Delicious
I use this in place of gammon in a campfire stew. Really lovely.
Lovely little joint
We roasted ours wrapped in foil following the instructions exactly which resulted in a tender and tasty joint. The flavour was nice but quite mild and eaten cold it had very little taste. ours was lean with a thin layer if fat and was plenty for 3 adults 2 with large appetites.
