Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking. Remove all packaging and preheat oven. Place on a roasting tray and into oven.
Electric 160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 2 hours 30 mins
Rest for 20 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.

Tasty but no skin
It was very tasty, but there isn't any skin to make crackling. It's about 50/50 meat and fat.
used to be much better
I have bought this joint many many times & have always loved it however the last 2 have been very poor, mainly fat & little actual meat. Very disappointing
VERY SHORT SELL BY DATE
I was really disappointed with this, I ordered it for the long bank holiday weekend but it arrived with a use by date of Saturday . Not acceptable, come on Ocado you can do better than this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Typically superb M&S quality joint
it's a pork belly joint it DOESN'T have rind/skin on it is SALT & PEPPER pork belly, that means it has A LOT of seasoning, otherwise it wouldn't BE 'Salt & Pepper Pork Belly' it is not really a 'Sunday Roast' type of joint, think more along the lines of what you'd have with 'Salt & Pepper' anything from a takeaway FOLLOW THE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS it turns out VERY tender, moist verging on sticky, and the fat WILL crisp up we put one of these on our weekly shop, every week very, VERY tasty straight out of the oven but also equally tasty cold the next day ignore the 1 reviews from all those who either didn't read the listing properly, don't know what 'Salt & Pepper' means, didn't cook it correctly, or all three! probably best served with your favourite rice, Pak Choi, and Broccoli in Black Bean Sauce... enjoy
