disppointing
It turned up as small flat piece of meat with next to no fat. Cannot be roasted as it would dry out too much. Am cutting up and freezing for use in pies and casseroles and ordering a different product for Christmas. I bought this because it is free range and I could not get to our local Farmer's market, but never again.
Hugely disappointed
Joint was more like a piece of back bacon, cut from the side of a gammon I believe. Tasteless. Im disappointed at some of M & S meat from Ocado. Very expensive & not worth the cost. Will avoid like the plague in future.
Tough, seached Oxford and Cambridge dictionaries
Soaked over night, then gently boiled, I salivated as it rose out of the water, shining plate I put it on, sharpend my knife and cut a thick slice was it nice. I do not know for rapidly to the dentist I had to go. As I returned I still for it yearned. I sliced it very thin. Yes now I am sure it was an old boot. total waste of money. It is M&S
Lovely
We enjoyed this gammon. Seemed quite expensive at first but it was solid meat, with only a thin layer of fat, so it went a long way.
Excellent
Boiled in spices for 1.5 hours then roasted in over with honey muscovado sugar and mustard with cloves for 3/4 hour and bet gammon I have tasted - so tender and succulent.
Tender, Succulents, tasty
Baked for one hour at 1:60°C fan assisted oven in a roasting bag. Added a further 10 minutes for a glaze. Delicious.
