For Use By, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for
freezing. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to
chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by
date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a
refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

Best carved after resting for 5 mins and for perfectly carved slices, we recommend you use a sharp, flat edged knife.

Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 60 mins
Needs cooking. Preheat oven.
Remove and discard sleeve and film lid.
Place honey sachet to one side.
Wash hands thoroughly every time after handling the sachet. Place foil tray in the centre of the oven for 55 mins.
Remove from the oven, carefully pour off any cooking liquid, cover the joint with the honey glaze before returning to the oven for a further 5 mins.
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
Do not reheat.

Far too sweet
I am surprised at the positive reviews. I didn't use the honey glaze and I still found the gammon far, far too sweet as it was.

delicious
Loved this gammon , not too salty and delicious, I added some frozen pineapple to the container and it made it extra good. Plenty of lean meat for 2 with left overs for sandwiches. Highly recommend

Tasty
Can't comment myself as I'm vegetarian but my husband said this was very nice meat. I was pleased there wasn't much fat on it so there wasn't too much waste.
