Not dry cured at all
I was a butcher on an organic farm before I retired and we made our own dry-cured bacon. It didn't shrink and it didn't release white dissolved protein into the frying pan either like this stuff does. This is no more dry cured than I am. Shameful deception.
bacon
another M&S product that is devoid of taste. What is the matter. Bring back Waitrose!
Nice bacon, terrible packagubg
I like the bacon. The packaging is atrocious quality. I usually spend 5-10 minutes trying to open it as it is supposed to, then attack it with a knife out of frustration.
Horrible
This is one of the worst bacon's I have eaten it had little bits of white bone in it which when trying to eat a sandwich made me feel quite ill
Difficult to open packaging
Open the package before you turn on the heat, as it will take some time to open. You will need very sharp scissors at least. Bacon OK, I didn't find it noticeably more salty than other bacon.
Incredibly salty
Tatty bits of bacon that fell apart and as others have said way too salty.
