not fresh
This is the second pack that Ive had that look like they mouldy already (atleast half the pack). Last lot didnt even last a week. Had to chuck a quarter of them. They really cant be called fresh. M&S you need to check quality control. I didnt buy in flash sale btw. I wont buy these again.
Went mouldy
Mouldy in a couple of days but I did buy on flash sale
on their last legs
Bought these in a flash sale so glad I didn't pay full price for them.No sell by date or best before date.If there had of been these would have been well past their best before date. One of Ocado's biggest attractions for me is the freshness of the food so not happy with these.
Several rotten ones in bag.
Bought these in a flash sale but disappointed to find several rotten ones in the (plastic) bag - smelt horrible.
Exquisite little gems!
These are outstanding! They have an exquisite sweet, fragrant aromatic flavour and beautiful delicate pale pink colour – their sweet, earthy, aromatic flavour is exceptional. As soon as you peel them the gorgeous fragrant aroma hits you. Consistently fresh with a lovely crunchy succulent texture. They keep well in a ceramic pot or jar such as a flour jar or onion keeper, otherwise in a bread bin - dark and dry – never store onions in the fridge as the humidity turns them mouldy. Plus they are British – outstanding in every respect! I also love Natoora British Shallots which are even better in terms of size, freshness and flavour.
