Remove sleeve and film.
Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a wok or large frying pan on a medium heat. Add contents of pack and stir occasionally.

Nice but hardly any beef in it
Sauce was nice but I wouldn't buy this again, simply because, unlike the M&S hot & spicy beef noodles, there was hardly any beef in it, so this is really not good value for the money.
Nice but salty
Overall was pretty nice, Id have again, but did have an overpowering salty taste to it which ruined it a bit

Surprisingly good for a ready meal - will definitely buy again.
Noodles good, veg not so much.
Cooked this as per the instructions, and to be fair it smelled really tasty. Ate some of the noodles first, they were very good Udon noodles, thick and chewy. Then I tried the veg, and nearly spat it out. There was a strong taste of raw curry powder, almost as if the veg had skipped the preparation part. I've never said this before in amy review, because I was brought up not to waste food, but for the very first time I literally had to throw this in the bin. Very disappointed.

Had this delivered to my sister whilst she was housesitting for us. She said it was absolutely delicious and I needed to send more.
