M&S Slow Cooked BBQ Pork Rib Rack with a BBQ Sauce
Slow-cooked and smoked, British pork rib rack, flavoured with a barbecue spice rub and a sachet of sweet and smoky barbecue sauce. Simply roast in the oven. Serves 2.

opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. This product may have

within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately.
Defrost thoroughly before use.

Perfect with creamy potato salad or crispy fries and so much more.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. For best results and to get a sticky glaze, oven cook only.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove ribs from pouch and discard cooking juices. Cut the ribs in half or quarters and place onto a microwaveable plate. Remove from microwave, then pour on the sauce over the ribs for the last minute of cooking.
750W 7 mins
900W 6 mins
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer rib rack and juices onto a baking tray. Cover with foil and place on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 10 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Pour contents of the sauce sachet over the rib rack. Cook uncovered for a further 15 mins until glaze is bubbling and sticky.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 mins
Remove from oven. Rest for 5 mins before serving.

More ribs please
Great fall off the bone ribs enough for two persons with sides be a pig and pull the meat off in your mouth so you get the taste of the bone yummy .

Superb ribs plenty of meat for 2, very flavoursome, cooked in allocated time just ordered more yum.

Too Much Cumin
Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Succulent ribs but the flavour is awful not sure whether the ribs are rubbed with cumin or it's in the sauce but it's overpowering. Would not purchase again.

Would be good with a proper BBQ sauce
I can't imagine why anyone would put cumin and coriander in a BBQ sauce.
