Tender boneless British beef bourguignon in a rich red wine sauce with mushrooms, onions and bacon. Perfect served with creamy mash or with a fluffy baked potato. Simply warm on the hob, in the microwave or oven and enjoy. Gluten free. Serves 2.

Preparation and Usage
This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 7-8 mins
Remove all packaging. Transfer the beef and gravy into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 7-8 mins.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and empty contents of pouch into microwaveable dish. Gently break apart any large pieces of meat and cover.

900W 4 mins
Remove from microwave, stir thoroughly and re-cover. Return to microwave and cook further:

900W 3 mins, 30 secs
Leave to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving. Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer contents of pouch into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 20 mins. Remove from oven and stir. Return to oven and cook uncovered for a further 15 mins. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 mins before serving.

Has this become smaller?
When I was buying this a year or so ago it was enough for 3 of us. Now it isn't. I'd love to know if the the size has gone down? How can I find out if it's shrunk?

A delicious dish
I normally cook but decided tonight, for valentines night to buy everything. The meat was tender and hearty. I bought the all butter mash, cauliflower cheese and green beans, a delicious meal. Ty M and S. Would definitely buy again

Overdone the garlic
Ive always doubted there was such a thing as too much garlic but now believe its possible. Specifically here, far too much garlic powder (which also seems stale). Its hard to taste anything else and the taste and smell lingers. A great shame because it spoils the very tender beef.

Tasted stale/out of date
I have had this product many times and previously enjoyed it. But the last purchase I had tasted as if it was stale possibly out of date. Will not be purchasing again.

Way too salty
This could have been nice but I found it way too salty and I couldn't manage more than a few mouthfuls.
