Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and set aside sauce sachet. Empty contents of pouch into microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on full power.
750W 5 mins, 900W 4 mins, 30 secs
Remove from microwave, drain juices into jug. Pour contents: sauce sachet over the beef along with 2 tbsp of the drained juices. Cover and return to microwave.
750W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins
Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Carve beef using a sharp knife or shred by pulling the meat with 2 forks. Stir sauce well and pour over beef to serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the beef and juices into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 25 mins. Remove from oven and discard any juices. Pour contents of sauce sachet over beef. Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins
Remove from oven. Rest for 2-3 mins. Carve using a sharp knife or shred by pulling the meat with 2 forks. For best eating quality, carve thinly across the natural grain of the meat. Stir sauce and pour over the meat to serve.

Tender and tasty
Had this for my Easter Day meal, with roast potatoes and veg. The meat was so tender, no fat, and the red wine sauce was lovely. Felt it was OK for two people but not enough to stretch to three (it does say it's only for two people). A bit pricey at £9.00.

Highly recommend, it fed 3 adults as a roast with the trimmings.

Disgusting and overpriced
This product claims to contain 4.8 g of fat. Cooking the meat for the recommended time of 25 minutes revealed a joint that was covered in fat. I estimate it at about 30%. Having trimmed the fat and skin off it the small piece of meat that was left was definitely not enough to feed 2. It was also tough. At a price of £9 this is extremely poor value.
