Nice but.
Nice cereal but the bitty bits are just a tad annoying and ruins the texture.

Gritty bits
Low on sugar and saturated fat but there are so many hard small gritty bits that will lodge in gaps in your teeth. So be specially careful when you bite into these flakes

Nice Flakes
I was wondering what had happened to the M&S Rice and Wheat Flakes that I used to enjoy and then I discovered that they have been re-invented and re-branded as Special Flakes in a rather obvious attempt to sound like a similar branded cereal! Anyway, these are nice flakes, not over sweet or gritty like others I have tried. They are also relatively healthy.
