Cooked for recommended time but burnt outside and soggy bottom!

tasty treat
Got this as part of a bundle. Must admit after reading reviews expectations were low but we found this a nice crusty base. Plenty of tasty toppings but I did add chilli flakes.

burnt and soggy bits
Have recently bought this twice, and both times have had to to remove brown soggy patches before cooking. Once there was little of the pizza remaining.

there's never enough cheese on these pizzas for our liking so we have to add extra but they pepperoni, taste and size of this was decent

Delicious, kids loved it.
Bought in the flash sale for my very fussy grandchildren. This is a big Pizza and very generous sizes when cut. I shared between two of my Grandchildren ages 5 and 3 and they devoured the lot. I couldn't believe they had ate the whole lot. They said it was so delicious. It's expensive because it is big.
