Packed with sunflower, millet, linseed, poppy and pumpkin seeds, this soft seeded loaf is a natural source of Vitamin D and fibre. Great for making sandwiches.

We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find ‘yeast’ on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

seeded last well

got in marks store reduced, lasted past used by date freezes and toasts well. even sliced and not to chunky or thin slices . just wish for bigger nobbies

Long standing and reliable favourite

I have been buying this from M+S for a LONG time, it's my go-to bread. The bread is soft but has a seed-full texture and a nutty taste. The slices are the right thickness...probably err on the side of thin rather than fat! I keep a loaf in the freezer, divided up into 4 slice packages and it is perfect to defrost at short notice. Very soft bread for a sandwich...maybe more suitable for a firm filling but managing a delicious egg sandwich with one hand can be a challenge as it is pretty soft. A very decent and flavourful bread.

the ingredients

there is caramelised sugar syrup on the ingredients list which is toxic and unnecessary in a bread. Definitely unhealthy bread
