Air Fry - From Frozen. 180°C, 16 mins
Ensure chicken is piping hot throughout.
Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.; Air Fry - From Chilled. 180°C, 12 mins
Preheat air fryer. Place product in air fryer tray ensuring even spread.
Program the air fryer to cook for 12 mins. Check product is tender and cooked through.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 20-25 mins
Preheat oven.
Place on a preheated baking tray.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 15-20 mins

E450 is linked to many diseases and damages the bowel lining. Received this as a substitution and though tastes okay, made me and my family ill

Good to have in fridge
Handy to have in fridge or freezer, Good in sandwiches and we like it with sweet and sour sauce. You get plenty of it so works out better value than packs of Chinese "pre done" meals

tastes lovely but E450 again!
Oh how I wish we could stop having all these awful additives in our food. I suffer from IBS so there is no way I am risking E450, but its bad for everyone causing damage to the gut. M&S clean up your act! I now cant buy this even though I would if they stopped all the additives.
