Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Rare 2-3 mins
Medium 3-6 mins
Needs Cooking. Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat dry pan on a High heat. Lightly oil steaks, season and place into pan, turn halfway through cooking.
Rest on a warmed plate for 5 mins.
Do not reheat.
