Storage
For Use By, see lid. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for
freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once
defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost
thoroughly before use.
Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Cook on high (100%). Allow to stand for 1 min after heating and then stir thoroughly. Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.
Do not remove from the microwave until after 1 min stand time.
Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave as packaging may soften slightly.; Hob - From Chilled. Empty contents gently into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Bring to boil. Serve immediately.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Break tab, remove lid from pot then place back on top before microwaving.
Stir halfway through heating time.

Re\-label \- Tomato and Garlic sauce?
As a person who dislikes garlic (yes we do exist amazingly) this sauce was just tomato sauce with lots of garlic - not a hint of basil. That said my husband was fine (he likes garlic) mine went in the bin. I find it hard these days to get anything at all without garlic so looks like back to making my own - no convenience for me!

Fresh and flavoursome
I was pleasantly surprised by this sauce. It tasted really fresh and the basil definitely came through. The best shop bought tomato and basil sauce I have had in a while.

OK...
I sometimes find that when tomato paste is added, it overwhelms the other flavours and this was all I could taste in this sauce. Not a favourite, sadly.
