tasty
a different texture to our usual mozerella but works well on pizza
not enough information
It would be nice if all products containing cows milk could give us more information about the standards of animal husbandry that the animals are subjected to. Italian milk is more often than not a product of PASCOLO ZERO that is ZERO days cows spend outside on grassy fields and 365 days of every year of the poor cows life spent on concrete in a barn. Stating that the product is vegetarian (no rennet ie baby calfs stomach) is not good enough for us vegetarians if the cows are thus abused , living in a lager like environment with no access to the great outdoors and no way to express their natural behaviour. This should matter to everyone, come to think of it, not just vegetarians

Decent but M&S has other mozzarellas that are nicer
Good quality mozerella
it melts up so well and is a good quality compared to the basic ones.
very dense
I was trying to find a cheaper mozzarella than the Galbani. This is very very dense, lacks a smidgen of salt and the light flavour of the milk. Better than some, not as good as it could be.
Tangy
I’ve had this mozzarella a few times now, the first time I was convinced it had to be out of date. It’s very tangy and unlike other supermarket brands. After trying a few times, I won’t be buying again.
