Spot the truffle
Nice enough ham my pack had just a few specks of truffle dust which I could just about taste so poor value at the inflated price so its a thumbs down from me .

Delicious but bad packaging
This tastes absolutely delicious and you can really taste the truffle. However, its the packaging I have issues with. There must be a trick to getting a whole slice but I cant mange to get a complete slice without it fraying a crumbling into shreds. If this were packaged with interleaving waxed sheets like prosciutto crudo or more thickly sliced then one might have a chance of a getting a whole complete slice.
