Product information

A deliciously crisp, hand-stretched sourdough base topped with our tomato sauce, chargrilled red and yellow peppers, Leccino olives, red onions, creamy Italian mozzarella pearls and basil pesto

Delicious pizza starts with the perfect base. Ours is made using a live sourdough culture, developed specially by us, and Italian milled flour.
Every pizza is then hand-stretched and baked at over 400°C in our Italian woodfired oven to create an ultra-thin, bubbly crust with a fantastic sourdough flavour and lovely charred notes.
For this pizza, we delicately chargrill tender peppers for a smoky flavour. It's finished with creamy Italian mozzarella pearls, balsamic onions, black olives and fragrant basil pesto.

Delicious pizza. Does contain pine nuts in the pesto I think but this is not called out so be careful. I picked off the olives too

Quality control?

I've bought several of these and they were great but today I bought one, cooked it as usual, and there was hardly any cheese on it. So little cheese, and tomato come to that, that it was dry and was like eating dry toast, so I scraped off the bread what I could and chucked it in the bin. What happened to quality control?

Really lovely pizza . Perfect for one. Base crisps up nicely and the toppings are really tasty and fresh

shame about the olives

Wish they did a version without olives - I try to pick as many as I can off before cooking. Once olives have been removed, its a nice pizza, although I wish there were more toppings as you get about 1 slice of pepper and 2 shreds of onion. Bring more veg!!

Best pizza

This little pizza is perfection - and loved by veggies and non-veggies. We get it every week and share the small version between two as a small dinner. It had so much flavour and such a fast meal.
