Instructions
Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.
Preheat a dry wok or heavy based frying pan over a high heat for 2 mins. Add 2 tsp (10ml) of oil and add vegetables. Stir fry over a high heat for 5 mins, stirring continuously. Serve immediately.
Do not reheat.

Always has mouldy bits
Every time I have bought this there are mouldy bits in it, especially on the broccoli and cabbage
very nice
I love this veg, so fresh and tasty, lasted a while in my fridge I think I had this on the third day of my order was still fresh and great flavour
Worse Stir Fry Pack I have ever had
There were large chunks of vegetable core throughout this pack. Will never buy again.
A weekly order but variable quality
I order the meal deal weekly with chicken, lentil noodles and teriyaki sauce and these vegetables. They are fine but the vegetables are very inconsistent in their size and mix. Sometimes the broccoli is large florets and sometimes the stalk of the cabbage is included. Sometimes there are more bean sprouts than other times. It must be used by or before the expiration date or it goes slimy. I cook it even when slimy but its not for me who who cares.
Better out there
Have tried this several times and its ok but nothing special and there are better supermarket stir fry mixes out there than this , mainly cabbage , I would like to see a change in proportions of the vegetables used
