Preparation and Usage
Shake well before opening.
Instructions
Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Pour into ramekins, cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set. Prior to serving sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch.

Macphie Crème Brûlée
70 - 100ml Cointreau® (to taste)
Demerara sugar
Pour Macphie Crème Brûlée into a saucepan, add the Cointreau® and gently heat to 85-90°C, stirring continuously. Pour into ramekins, cool slightly and then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
Prior to serving, sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch.

Unopened, store in a cool, dry place (<20°C).

Surprisingly good
I tried this as I was intrigued and it was in the flash sale. It didnt look very vanilla-y as I was heating it so I added some vanilla paste and that worked a treat. Heated it on a moderate heat with constant stirring until it started boiling and then straight into ramekins - it was starting to set as soon as it hit the cold pottery. Yes you need to do the sugar top but thats fairly easy if youve tried making it before or bought other brands. Id highly recommend. If they added some real vanilla, so I didnt have to, Id give it 5 stars!
very bland
Not much flavour,can't taste any vanilla.Just dull and bland.Try their lemon dessert,it's so much nicer.
Not Creme Brulee
When prepared according to the instructions, this is simply a cold cream like substance. It is not baked and does not set. Threw in bin.
Yummy
We were given this to review. It is packaged in a handy Tetra pack, so it has a long shelf life (+5 months). The instructions were clear for me, (luckily I have a thermometer for cooking so I could get the custard to the exact temperature within the given range easily). I cooked the sugar top under the grill in my oven (as I don't have a blow torch) and it hardened to a nice hard shell on top. We joked that for a dinner party, this could be passed off as homemade. I would buy again. Quite good value for money as it produced at least 8 ramekins worth.
Handy
This is a quick way to make a perfectly ok brulee - the instructions were a bit vague but it turned out well.
More informative instructions needed
Like the previous reviewer says, the instructions is so simple that make it not easy to make. But the product itself taste lovely.
