WOW just WOW
The best ever, on my list now as a regular. Doctors orders to eat oily fish these these boneless/skinless fillets in oilve oil makes it easy to be good.
Good quality.
Good quality mackerel. A great source of protein and omega-3s. I drain it, mash with lots of black pepper, and serve on toast with plenty of fresh coriander. One star off because the added salt content is unnecessarily high.
delicious
I absolutely love this mackerel. You can taste the quality, the other brands can be a little slimy but this is just lovely.
Good quality convenience
I normally buy the lemon infused oil from a local supermarket and was surprised to see it had a much lower rating than the simple olive oil mackerel. As much as I do love the lemon oil mackerel to add to pasta for a quick supper, I have to agree that the olive oil mackerel is even tastier. Definitely a regular buy.
Tasty Mackerel
Really lovely tinned mackerel, the olive oil gives a great flavour and the fish is completely boneless. I order these every week as a healthy snack to keep in the cupboard!
King Oscar Mackerel
The only thing I don't like is that this fish is boneless, as I like fish to have bones so I can get more calcium from them - it's healthier with the bones.
