Roasted in a tempting blend of tasty herbs and spices, including sweet basil, aromatic oregano and subtle parsley.

Method
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven), Gas Mark 4. Do not exceed this temperature. Remove and unfold the cooking bag from top of the sachet, keep the red tie for later use. Place 4 x 150g chicken breasts into the bag. Add the seasoning from sachet into the bag.
2 Close the bag at the end using the red tie. Mix together by gently massaging the seasoning into the ingredients. Place the bag on its side into a large ovenproof dish, 2 spreading out the ingredients. Do not pierce the bag. Place dish on the bottom shelf of the oven. The bag expands so ensure there is enough space between racks.
3 Cook for 35-40 minutes (55-60 minutes for 8x chicken drumsticks). Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before opening - the steam will be very hot. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot. Serve the juicy chicken with herby, vegetable couscous, roasted tomatoes and rocket leaves - see our serving suggestion below.

Use the tie provided to close the bag loosely at the end. Coat the chicken in the seasoning by gently mixing and turning the bag. Place the bag on a baking tray and spread the chicken pieces out. Pierce 4 small holes in the top of the bag. Place on the bottom shelf of the oven. The bag expands so make sure there is enough space between racks.
3 COOK
Cook according to the times given in the table shown. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before opening - the steam will be very hot. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked and piping hot throughout. Serve and enjoy the juicy chicken.

Easy to use
Easy enough for the kids to use and put in for tea but thought the chicken was a little dry

Big disappointment.
Salty, dusty, clumpy and impossible to open the bag. Chicken took twice as long to cook and tasted horrible. Its a shortcut to nowhere and in future I will roast my chicken pieces on a bed of winter veg with some EVOO with fresh herbs and seasoning.

Used this on some chicken breasts for a salad. Quite tasty, though not as herby as I hoped. My friend who came to dinner liked it a lot.
