A premium quality, long pasta shape perfect for creating traditional pasta dishes. This artisan pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures for an exceptional cooked texture and flavour. A good source of dietary fibre, gluten and soy free as well as free from additives and emulsifiers. Maidea Gluten Free Paccheri, Tagliatelle and brown rice Mezze Maniche  shapes are also available.


Maidea was founded in 2013 by a team of young Italian food enthusiasts with the aim of creating a gluten free pasta to the highest quality standards whilst respecting the ancient Italian pasta heritage

awful gloop

I have been eating GF pasta for years and every product is pretty good. Bought this packet as it looked high quality and I had high hopes. I cooked it, looked at it and decided my body deserves better. Threw it out and cooked another brand GF pasta instead. I hate to leave a bad review for someones business but it was awful and inedible.

Hugely disappointing

I had high hopes due to good reviews. I cooked as per instructions, and I am used to gluten free pasta. This was a horrible experience it shed and caked floury concrete on my pan, and clouded the resulting dish. I do not recommend this, and it has put me off trying the brand's other pasta products.
