Vinification Details
Vinification is carried out in a specific way, to reveal all the varietal aromas of Sauvignon: cold settling, racking as appropriate, fermentation at a controlled temperature. Ageing is done on the lees with stirring to give the wine freshness and length.

Bought this on an offer. Its ok, standard citrusy, sharp Sauvignon, nothing special. I doubt I would buy again.

Stunning

Ive been growing fond of French wines recently over the usual Chilean or Marlborough wines - this is no exception. Fantastic deal while on offer, really easy on the palate. Tasted surprisingly good with the Walkers Sensations Lime & Pickle Naan crisps!!!!
