Great salt

I have been using this for years. The salt is white, soft and crumbles easily between the fingers. It gives a smart finish to the plate . I do not use it for everyday cooking.

Great finishing salt

I absolutely love this salt and was really happy to find it in these larger, sealable tubs. Good quality salt which can enhance any recipe or cooking. Has not disappointed so far and I plan to buy more in the future.

Best Salt and About Packaging

I use a lot of salt for pickling vegetables. Although I won't use another type of salt as I am very happy with Maldon I agree that packaging in thick p;astic tub is a problem. I suggest Maldon sells refill packs in thin plastic bags as paper would absorb moisture. I personally am happy to transfer in a glass jar after buying.
