Made with grapes from vines grown organically throughout its process, it has followed the regulations of the "Catalan Council of Ecological Agricultural Production“. We make a manual selection of the grapes. Once in the cellar, only the untreated must is used, in order to avoid all the astringent imperfections and the green notes that come with pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature. The second fermentation in the bottle is left at least 12 months in the cellar at a constant temperature of 14 º- 15 º
