Misleading
Nothing like a Mars bar despite the word Mars very prominent. Horrible.
very small and actually unpleasant
Turns out these bars are tiny once inside the packaging. They taste like cheap and nasty Christmas cake. Very disappointed, would not recommend or buy again.
Not for us
I so wanted to like this and came at it from the perspective of wanting a naughty tasting health bar rather than seeking out a Mars bar. Unfortunately it doesnt fulfil either brief. It tasted over processed, with fake flavouring of I dont know what rather than fruit and nut. I didnt enjoy it, sadly. Empty calories and not to be repeated.
Bland
Bought by mistake as I was hurriedly looking for proper mars bars before checking out. Probably fine for the 'healthy' brigade but this was more something I 'd associate with a chewy bar for guinea pigs rather than a choccy treat! Don't be put off if you are into treats designed to look healthy but it was a bit of a chore munching through this when a Mars bar was expected!
Delish & healthier
I am not sure why people are marking this product down for not tasting exactly like a Mars bar. It's a bit like saying 'oh my piece of crispbread with low cal margarine, doesn't taste like farmhouse white with butter'. This tastes as promised of nuts and draws fruit, finished with chocolate which does taste like Mars. We love all varieties of this, and with more nutrition with less calories, what's not to love?
Absolutely No!
I was fooled into thinking this was a Mars Bar with extra bits. It isnt. Its principally a slab of pressed dates. I have no problems with any of the main ingredients: nostalgic 1980s health bars come to mind, but please dont be fooled by a quick glance that might make you think this has anything to do with a Mars Bar.
