Deep black, precise
Good eyeliner, nice deep black and dries quickly. Tip is very fine so you can be very precise or smudge it for a smokier look. If you want to smudge it you need to be quick though. It stayed put when wet but came off with some argan oil, didnt need to scrub at my eyes to get it off.

great felt-tip liner
This eye liner is quite wet as it goes on so its good for smudging if youre quick, dries after a few seconds, seems good for precision with the felt tip type design, very dark black in colour. I like a soft smudged look so it works for me.
