00 extra fine mcdougalls flour
This flour used to be my favourite flour for baking in my business. But now this product it doesn’t offer anymore the same quality as before. I hope they will fix this problem.
best plain flour
I use this flour to make biscuits, pastry, Welsh cakes, Chinese snakes such as Xian Bing 餡餅 - It is a really excellent flour and I recommend you try it. Furthermore - it is all British grown, milled, made.
Great product
I love this flour when making something like homemade pastry or tarts and this helps make the pastry much more and lighter than usual, I tend to buy regular plain flour but for more delicate dishes I feel this flour is much better
Perfect for a delicious handmade panettone
As every year, during the festive season I baked my homemade panettone and have used this flour as per a friend's recommendation. The result was delicious!!!
High quality product
The flour is excellent it is very high quality, there is no need to sift the flour and the flour feels so smooth. My Victoria sponge did come out noticeably softer and fluffy will be buying again
Excellent quality
Excellent quality super fine flour. Baking turns out light and fabulous. Use in cakes, pastry and batters for great results.
