one of my favorites
I love the miso tasty white miso, its not overpoweringly sweet, makes fab white ramen with tahini drizzle, so was keen to try this red one. Love it. Rich, full of flavour, nice change from the white. Anna jones has a recipe which uses red miso in her new book so Im all set.
Great tasting miso
I had a discount coupon from Ocado on this product and decided to order this brand to try since I was short on miso. My usual choice was Clearspring, but this is also very tasty!

I love this miso paste and use it frequently in my cooking. Far better than other brands I've tried.
excellent flavour
I love this miso. Perfect for making noodle dishes. It is a bit salty so be careful not to add to much, especially if also using soy sauce.

The best miso Ive used in years of Japanese cookery. Subtle, nuanced and definitive. In answer to the earlier one-star review, please restrict your review comments to the product itself rather than passing off the echo-chamber views of others as your own which are neither helpful nor interesting.
