Brand
Moët & Chandon
Since 1743, Moët & Chandon has been the definitive reference for champagne. The quality of its wines expresses the extent and diversity of its fabulous vineyard estate, the largest in Champagne, consisting predominantly of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. Nectar Impérial, an unexpected and original creation, is a daring and completely spontaneous expression of Moët & Chandon. A rich and succulent blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, Nectar Impérial combines opulence and freshness with intensity and smoothness.

Perfect!
The only Champagne I love to drink.

Not quite right.
I love Moet and I love a sweet sparkling drink, but this is awful. Either stick to the original or there’s a lovely sweet Moet rose!

Great Champagne
Sweet, just how I like it. Lovely bubbles and makes a nice pop. Great for a celebration!

this is Demi-Sec
This is not a Brut champagne. It is Demi sec. as demo sec goes its lovely but you need to pair it with the correct dishes. Something salty. Asian or blue cheeses. This will not suit smoked salmon or fish dishes. Its too sweet.

Pleasant, but sweet
A smooth and refined champagne, but sweet. I can appreciate it would be excellent if that is to your taste, but for me the sweetness dominated the flavour masking any depth. Acceptable if very cold perhaps.
