Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Microwave - From Chilled. (800w): for 2 minutes on full power. Serve piping hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. To re-heat in oven, remove product from packaging, place on baking tray into a pre-heated oven at 180°C (Gas Mark 5) for 6 - 8 minutes.

Far too salty
I like all things fish, but these disappointed in many ways. Apart from the regular high price, given the ingredients ( Kosher premium!),the first impression was salt, no exciting flavours, then lack of juiciness, then salt once more. I'd rather buy a can of tuna and mix it with mashed potato with a more favourable result.
Revolting
Tried these from a flash sale, salty, dry, tasteless, even my local seagulls would not eat them

as long as you think Swedish meatballs you're on the right track. perfect as seafood versions
