i have been buying these for some time now and they have always been spot on - toasted with honey & cinnamon - delicious on their own, or in my cereal.

tasty ,delicious on cereal and on desserts

this is a reallt tasty add on to porridge, cereals and desserts such as a sprinkling on top of a crumble. My grandkids love them as well. can be nibbled as a snack

These munchy seeds are a favourite in this house, they are lovely on cereal or porridge or as a snack. Will def buy again

An expensive waste of money because they tasted and smelt very rancid and had to be thrown away.
