Nice
I think this is pretty good, considering it's an instant meal. I filled up to the line - about 3/4 up the pot - stirred, put the foil lid back over to keep the heat in, the rice obviously swelled up after absorbing the water, and almost filled the pot. Tasty, filling and convenient.
tastes good
Best in the range. Very versatile, can add fresh ingredients to bulk it up a bit. I toss in some fresh pepper, mushrooms and chicken. Great for a quick no fuss light meal. In terms of size no difference between the smaller pot. This turned out to be all pot and little rice.
Huge pack... not much in it
First, this came in a huge tub so I expected this to contain more than the usual rice/noodle pots, but no. Not sure why this has such big packaging as all the water fill lines are half way up or lower. What a waste. Anyway, this does taste good and I would buy again, but not hugely filling.
Not quite katsu
This is acceptable if you have no alternatives. The smell is stronger than the flavour. I filled with boiling water to the first line for a more intense flavour but I found it lacked the depth of proper katsu. This would be great for someone who rarely has a katsu curry and fancies something a little spicy/different. Unlikely to buy again.
