- A semi hard sheep's milk cheese from Albacete in southeastern Spain
- The purebred Manchega sheep here produce just 1.5 litres of milk a day but its extremely high fat content and essential proteins produce a particularly soft and creamy manchego.
- Each wheel is brushed with olive oil (also produced on the estate) and cured according to a regional method.

best that Ocado has
Very tasty. Many other manchego cheese options are waxy - This is not. Would get higher review if it didnt go off so quickly - still edible though after you cut off mouldy bits.
too expensive
There is no way the price for this cheese went up to £10 and portion just got smaller
Awful
Bought this on a flash sale. It was awful. It was very dry and had a strange taste as though it was going off. Can,t recommend.

Normally love manchego, mostly had it in Spain I must admit, but this was at best unpleasant! Sorry
Over dry and horrible
I love manchego cheese and like a 'curado' however this is just awful. So dry, hard and tasteless. Inedible
