Very versatile, but there is a but,
I really enjoyed this grated on my salad with added dressing and roasted and used for my Sunday lunch instead of using celeriac or potatoes, but I can only buy when on a Flash Sale, the full asking price cannot be justified for any vegetable.
love it!
just grate and eat! delicious
so good!!
Best ever
crunchy and fresh
On a the pricey side compared to the green grocer. I cut this up and squeeze lemon on it and a bit of salt as a snack
absolutely delicious
So fresh and tasty, the leaves even went into a stir fry.
Delicious
This unusual vegetable is delicious. Yes, its expensive, but you cant get it in any of the larger supermarkets these days. Tastes a bit like broccoli stalk and is good in a soup, veg curry or chopped up and used like broccoli, cauliflower etc.
