- Our second-generation growers in Murcia produce two varieties of garlic, both known for their large cloves. 

- During the summer, they harvest the gently spicy Spring White.

- The rest of the year, it's the chalk white Garcua. 

- Grown in open fields with minimum intervention. 

Take it further

- Roasted whole, served with pork belly.

- Thinly sliced, tossed with lemon oil and herbs for a fish marinade.
