Natoora Italian Thick Slice of Pancetta
- Natoora has selected this Pancetta for its incredibly high-fat content. The key to flavour, this is authentic Italian charcuterie at its best.
- Pancetta is cut from the belly of the pig, the fattiest part of the animal containing the greatest depth of flavour.
- The result: rich, sweet pancetta, both delicate and complex at once. Freshly cut every day at Natoora, London.
Take it further
- For cooking. Cook right down until golden to add phenomenal flavour to Carbonaras, ragus, stews and braises.

excellent authentic product
Cured without nitrates. A rare find. Superb.
Real pancetta
This is the real pancetta. If you find it off-putting, youve probably been eating something else this whole time. It has a lot of hard fat, yes, but youre not supposed to be chewing on it raw. Slice it thinly and put into pasta alla carbonara.
The steak of bacon
I bought this to explore the flavour and was very pleased. Yes, it is fat. No, that is not 'weird'. Supermarket plastic tubs of meaty bits that are mostly water is weird. I used as a seasoning prefried in pasta, instant noodles, with fried eggs, and finally grilled half the slab and ate it as THE BEST BLT IMAGINABLE.
weird product
Taste stale and the fat does not melt. I tried to use it for carbonara and it was terrible
Well I like it...
I chop this up and put it in when I'm frying eggs..love the fact it has no nasty chemicals and it feels like something rustic and authentic
Tastes awful
This isnt pancetta. I actually love fat, but this tastes very strange..
