Great
Had Waitrose equivalents for ages until daughter kept losing the lids. Worked well for the journey into work. Spout not quite the same but still very good.

hot drinks on the go
very happy with this product. nearly didn't buy it because of the existing poor review. but its absolutely fine. the silicon gripper is fine. would recommend

Don’t have the water too hot
The design of the lid is not good . the recyclable silicone gripper band keeps falling down, it only stays on when you let the water cool for a while. Be careful as the recyclable silicone gripper band doesn’t work you can feel the heat of the cup through the silicone band. Don’t have the water too hot let it cool down.
