Not so sure, I have to ask myself if I really like these and I really believe what it does because it's my actual experience, and not what I've heard and read for many months? The conclusion I come to is I do feel better. Alas why does the bottle need to be so big? The only downside I find is they really overpowering smell of turmeric which for me is too
Highly recommended
Really recommend these. No nasty taste, and i feel these have made a real difference to my skin and nails. Much stronger growth on nails, and clearer skin
effective supplement
This came just in time as had been looking to update my vitamins. The product itself is of good quantity, tastes really good and fruity, its also not too chewy and does not have a powdery layer like some other products do. It is also a great way to get my vitamin C as well as a sweet treat though not sweet at all.
Good all\-rounder
I have been using these supplements for 3 weeks, 2 tablets a day. As someone who takes a few supplements already, I found the size of the tablets to be fairly standard and the taste not unpleasant. I would say this is more of a general multivitamin than a beauty supplement, but I have noticed my skin looking brighter. I presume that I would have to take this for several months to have a noticeable effect on my hair and nails.
Great product for skin, nails and hair
This has been a great product so far. The pill is not too big so easily swallowed, doesn't taste awful so not a chore to take every day. My skin has been getting better and o noticed I use less foundation which is time and product saving. Hair seems shinier and not as frizzy and I haven't had a single broken nail yet. I've been taking this for a couple of weeks now and will continue to do so to see if I get even more improvements.
Fantastic product!!
I'm a sceptic when it comes to supplements and I've tried a few. However, I seem to have found some that actually work. My nails, OMG my nails...pathetic soft things that they were are now hard..as..erm..nails! Unfortunately I just biffed a couple off doing some gardening but my word it hurt..because they were so hard! I'm seriously impressed. I shall keep taking these long after I finish this lot. I'm about 3/4 of the way through. I take two every morning. My fine, overbleached/dyed and generally heat tortured hair perhaps feels a bit better too, certainly the new growth is annoyingly faster than it was...haha, I'm joking, I love it, I just have to dye it more frequently. My skin also feels a little more resilient than it did...slightly plumper? I'm 48 so bodily changes are threatening my appearance, if these fabulous little tablets can hold that at bay a little longer then YES PLEASE! so yes I'd recommend them, yes I think they make a difference to this old girl's body and yes I'll keep on using them. Give them a try, go one, you know you want to!
