Very happy liver

I started taking this extract after my blood test showed elevated GGT enzymes. I don't drink alcohol or smoke, the ultrasound showed no fatty liver but regardless of my lifestyle, the enzymes readings were getting higher. After 45 days of taking milk thistle extract, I repeated my blood test and the GGT enzymes have gotten back to normal range.

Works well for the occasional over full feeling

My go to after a big meal, or after eating food that isn't digesting easily. I just take one when needed, to relieve that food won't go down feeling.

Only works for some!

Maybe I didnt take it long enough (several months) but just made no difference or so little never noticed. Maybe its down to the what causes your problem with your digestion.

Hard to swallow

Tablets are too large to swallow.
