Good Blend of Nutritious things

ground flaxseeds is said to give the best health benefits, I randomly used between 5-10g per use, so this blend lasted for two months. I don't think I tasted any 'delicious' extras of dates, pineapple, baobab, or seaweed but I just added in cereals or smoothies and it appears to have blended right in

Lovely seed mix

I wanted something with flax seeds to add to my morning kefir and this works fine. The seeds are ground and easy to swallow in kefir or yoghurt. I can't say I can taste the pineapple or tropical-ness but it tastes good overall and serves the purpose I bought it for.
