Surprisingly nice!

I've been looking for foods on keto to improve my fibre intake, one helping of this porridge gives nearly half the recommended intake. I made it with water and added double cream after heating it and it was very tasty.

A keto chocolate treat

So I tried this for breakfast... but it wasnt filling enough for me. I needed to eat something else not soon after. I usually eat eggs for breakfast. However this does work as a chocolate snack or pudding. Satisfies the chocolate cravings. And it's high fibre..low sugar. And you won't need as much as 60g..so the pack will go a little further.

horrid texture

Its like horse feed. Very odd. For a little of porridge I expected it to be creamy but its like eating a spoonful of desiccated coconut. Dry and nasty

Best Naturya flavour by far

Like many dismayed by the sweetness of this range but the choc one is so much better than the others.

Keto friendly

Having just started a Keto diet I was missing my morning Fruit & Fribre and nothing is going to taste like that however, this isnt bad at all - not trial and error first day I made it to the recipe and it was stodgy and muddy however, since have made with a lot more milk and its much better. Manufacturers are really missing a trick there are so many people eating lower carb these days and apart from bars and snacks there is very little available - such a gap in the market!

information incorrect but great product

As reviews have already highlighted the information is incorrect and a portion at 60g gives you pretty bad VFM. But it is super tasty!
