Cultivated on the sun-baked sierras of South America and named from the Mayan word for 'strength', chia seeds were prized by the Aztecs who gifted them to their kings and ate them before going into battle. today, chia seeds are still eaten by the Native American Tarahumara tribe, who can run distances of up to one hundred miles a day!
Chia+ combines milled and whole seeds, bursting with energy and high in omega-3 to balance cholesterol levels with fair trade cacao and organic maca to create a great-tasting Chia pudding!

Very good
I love the taste and I'm feeling very well after eating. Is really important to know how to do it. I do this with coconut/soya drink and fresh strawberry/banana (over night in the fridge). Measurements are really important
tastes artificial
I had high hopes for this product, however tastes terrible
Love it
Vegan, so good for health and planet, lots of omega 3 so very healthy and so tasty.
so sweet!!
I made this with just water. I put too much water in admittedly. it might just be my palette that doesn't much processed stuff like this but I found it so sweet so Def won't be adding anymore from milks. looking at profile it is vbhigh I guess from dates??I think for me a tablespoon to porridge will be good and blitzing in a bana before soaking maybe. am wondering if it will freeze as a pudding.
add to porridge
I add this to porridge and its sooo good. I now look forward to my breakfast. Its chocolatey with little bites of chia seeds. Yum!
expensive and processed
This costs too much for the amount provided , and it has a distinct somewhat synthetic coconut taste I didnt like . It is also quite high in carbs because of the date sugar, so not suitable for a low carb diet . Far easier and cheaper to make your own from ground chia , cocoa , plant milk and whatever sweetener you like.
